Eating a Rainbow of Colors

Next week is PACK week when kids are encouraged to bring in different colored fruits and vegetables based on the color of the day. It is important to eat a variety of natural colored foods to get key nutrients. The link below shows the benefits of each color to your body and gives great examples of fruits and vegetables that are that specific color.
