A few months ago I came across a super easy and yummy Mac and Cheese recipe that my whole family loves. This is a versatile recipe that can be used as a side dish or as a main dish. I use this recipe as a main dish by adding fully cooked chicken sausage and broccoli to make a complete meal. You could also add cooked ground beef or cooked ground turkey and other vegetables like peas or cauliflower. The best part is that it is fast and only takes about 30 minutes in a rice cooker.
