Chocolate, Peanut Butter Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup milk (can sub almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk)
1 teaspoon Peanut Butter (can sub almond butter)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 frozen banana (it's best to use a frozen banana to get a creamy consistency)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
handful spinach (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve
